Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team in the role of Visual Merchandising Manager.  This important role leads T2’s global visual merchandising strategy, ensuring all store formats deliver a cohesive brand expression while optimising selling space and addressing local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial impact through innovative, brand-aligned displays that bring storytelling and key campaigns to life and oversee campaign and project delivery
• Collaborate with store teams to develop tailored solutions, and champions exceptional in-store presentation standards
• Ensure T2’s visual merchandising is consistent, locally relevant, and commercially effective across all store formats and channels.
• Shape and lead T2’s global VM strategy in line with our brand DNA, growth priorities, and market needs.
• Partner with Planning, Buying, Marketing, and Creative to deliver compelling and strategically positioned product storytelling
• Regularly review global trends and competitive retail environments to maintain T2’s position as a category leader.
• Contribute to key business projects as a VM lead, aligning brand presentation with broader commercial goals.
• Foster a VM culture that blends creativity, commercial acumen, and leadership excellence.
• Manage the VM Coordinator, setting clear priorities and supporting development.
