This role suits someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, improving systems and processes, and translating information into clear insights. You will work closely with People & Culture, Payroll and business stakeholders, contributing to ASC's annual remuneration review, job architecture framework, and broader organisational projects.

Responsibilities include:
Deliver remuneration analytics and insights that support annual review cycles, pay equity assessments and market benchmarking.

Contribute to remuneration and organisational design projects, including BAU processes and cross-functional initiatives.
Provide clear, data-driven insights and advice to stakeholders across the business.

You will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and experience working with people-related systems and datasets. You can translate complex data into simple insights, work collaboratively and support operational and strategic work within a fast moving environment.
