We’re looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join our Service Team. You will manage a team of Electricians and Fitters for Repairs within Victoria & managing a team of Escalator Maintenance Technicians for the Greater Melbourne region, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing?

• Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works

• Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors

• Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team

• Managing repairs team performance and skill development

• Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently

• Performing quality and safety audits

• Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• Strong mechanical background

• Trade certification preferred

• Experience working in the elevator industry an advantage

• People management experience

• Full drivers license

• Strong organisational skills

• Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams

• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace

• Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact
