Are you a motivated individual eager to kickstart a rewarding career in the insurance building industry? Ambrose Construct Group is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Report Admin Team. No prior industry experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
The role:
- Assisting with and organising/allocating temporary accommodation for insured customers as required. (Emergency Accommodation for Home owners when their property have been deemed unlivable)
- Uploading and emailing documentation and specialist reports into the insurer’s portals after they have been thoroughly checked by Supervisors.
- Consulting with our Specialist trades to make sure the accuracy of the reports and they are returned in a timely manner – including utilising the internal systems
- Answer phone calls from our Insurers, Customers, Suppliers & Internal staff daily & be able to assist where necessary, transfer the calls to the correct Make Safe Supervisor/ Team Member when needed
- Organizing our internal plumber team for site appointments and documentation return.
About you:
- Administration experience essential, previous construction industry experience highly regarded but not essential
- Maintain a high standard in verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Time management, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
- Professional phone manner
