Job Description
- Responsible for assistance with managing group bookings of 10 rooms or more that do not require catering (with the exception of breakfast and group dinner booking).
- Preparation of group information sheets (group movements) and briefing of Hotel stakeholder prior to arrival of group.
- Manage group payments, cancellations, rooming lists, terms, and conditions.
- Maintains control of guest history and report to the Group Reservations Executive and Reservations Manager
- Ensures a clear line of communication with other departments for special requests, or other reservation-related matters.
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to ensure all Reservations check list accurately actioned within the same working days
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to answer all call promptly using specific greeting for hotels
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to process and input FIT and corporate reservations following hotel policy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, such as Opera and Opera Cloud are favourable.
