Reservations Agent

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a vital role in shaping their journey before they even arrive. Through your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for service, you will transform inquiries into memorable stays and ensure every guest receives a seamless and personalised experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our luxury brand standards.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about accommodation, dining and hotel facilities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through personalised recommendations and upselling.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs before arrival.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest preferences are captured.

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, customer service, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with hotel reservation systems and technology.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering service excellence in every interaction.
