About The Role

The Reservations Supervisor is a key leader responsible for guiding the Reservations Team in delivering efficient operations and exceptional guest experience. They focus on staff development, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet guest needs while maintaining high booking conversion rates. This role emphasises the importance of teamwork and effective communication to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Team to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
• Support the Customer Service & Sales Manager with team management and issue escalation.
• Manage staff rosters, monitor hours, and coordinate training and development.
• Oversee bookings, manifests, and availability, making adjustments based on demand and weather.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, vessel reconciliation, and manage website partner content and promotions.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and a proven track record in team management role. They should be adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture while demonstrating a commitment to professional development and training. Additionally, the person we are looking for should be proactive in problem-solving and possess effective communication skills to build positive relationships both within the team and with external partners.

• Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Proven sales experience with a focus on conversion and relationship management
• Familiarity with booking/reservation systems (CustomLinc experience desirable)
• Experience in training, mentoring, or leading a team
• Complete Police Check
• First Aid Cert
