About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Epping home.

Estia Health Epping is a 70 bed spacious and bright home, set in a vibrant residential area close to public transport and shopping centres including Epping Plaza. This single level residence with recently refurbished surroundings, welcomes visitors through its tree-lined entry and provides ample onsite parking. 

In this role you will:

• Find the best way forward for our residents and people
• Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety
• Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met
• Inspire your team to perform and grow
• Build ties with the community to everyone’s benefit

You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Spent at least five years in a management role
• A background in aged or medical care
• Worked with a number of different systems
