Residential Building Maintenance Carpenter or Handyman

Danmar Homes is a medium sized family run building company. We are seeking a motivated & hardworking team player to join our dedicated construction team.

Role consists of a variety of building maintenance and repairs including:

• Assessment of repair works required
• Minor render, plaster & ceiling repairs
• Minor tiling repairs
• Minor painting repairs & touch ups
• Other general carpentry, trade & labour repairs

Experience, Licences & Certificates required:

• Various trade & handyman skills
• Driver's licence
• White card
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

A company van & tools are provided.
