Residential Consultant

Residential Consultant HAYS are working with a national finance company who are looking for their next Residential Consultant in Perth, paying $110k + super.




Your new role


You will play a crucial role in managing and originating the residential finance enquiries including all aspects involved in the lending sales cycle and the delivery of an annual lending budget. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;

• Collating all necessary information required for loan applications and submitting data into the CRM (Dynamics 365)
  
  
• Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders involved
  
  
• Maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing an in-depth understanding of clients' ambition and current challenges
  
  
• Develop and execute a quarterly sales and marketing plan in collaboration with Head of Lending and other stakeholders

Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills will lead you to your success, as will;

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external)

• Solutions focused and willing to help others
  
  
• Certificate IV in Finance essential
  
  
• Tertiary education / degree desirable
