Job Description - Residential Customer Service Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Burswood team.

You’ll lead a team of consultants supporting our residential customers with technical and account enquiries, oversee performance, and ensure service standards are met.

  • Foster a professional business relationship with customers by providing prompt and efficient service
