Residential Property Valuer/Graduate Valuer

Accord Appraisals is an established property valuation firm for over 13 years specialising in family law, commercial litigation and mortgage valuations. We have offices across four states and are rapidly expanding across various locations. 

You have the opportunity to be involved in valuations across various sectors and gain valuable experience through mentoring by one of the best valuers in the industry 

Your workload will include commercial, retail, industrial, residential and land banking site valuations.

The job also offers flexibility to work partially from home.

Professional requirements:  

• Professional member of the Australian Property Institute with RPV accreditation (preferred) 
• Completed a property degree with valuation specialisation or in the final year of the course
• Knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies and valuation standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and report writing skills with an attention to detail
• Australian Driving Licence and personal car (preferred but not mandatory)
• Client focused with the ability to maintain relationships
• Strong time management skills
