The opportunity:

As a Residential Strata Underwriter, you are committed to ensuring discipline of risk selection through understanding and pricing risk more effectively than our competitors. You are the face and voice of Sure Insurance and will be a key point of contact for all Broker Residential Strata and Home Insurance underwriting interactions, including desktop survey, indicative quoting, sales and policy maintenance enquiries.

About You:

• Technical Underwriting experience in Risk selection & Technical Pricing, including advance knowledge of Peril rating and reinsurance principles
• An eager approach to excellence 
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders
• A team player who wants to learn and grow with the business
• Results driven – able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve team results.
• Good level of verbal  and written communication skills
