Resource Administrator - Urgent Hire

About The Role: Join our client’s dynamic Resource and Logistics team as we expand to meet the demands of their growing operations. As a Resource Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and personnel to maximize productivity and maintain operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Project Support Manager and key stakeholders in the onboarding and mobilization process.
• Assisting in reporting and data queries from various systems.
• Serving as a direct liaison between the Resource Management Team (RMT) and Operations.
• Maintaining client Training Needs Analysis in our systems.
• Executing resource planning requirements within specified deadlines.
• Interpreting Resource Histograms and inputting data into our systems.
• Facilitating communication between Recruitment and Projects Management Teams.
• Managing site Training Needs Analysis compliance checks.
• Coordinating client inductions and conducting necessary checks and bookings.
• Providing progress updates to the Resource & Logistics Coordinator or Senior Coordinator.
• Issuing flight and project details to personnel.
• Facilitating the onboarding of subcontractors via internal and client systems.

About You:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the mining and resources sector.
• Previous leadership experience in mobilization.
• Strong delegation skills and the ability to provide mentoring and professional development opportunities.
• Proficiency in training, mobilization, or planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and Workflow.
• Working knowledge of OPMS preferred.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional administrative, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities.
