We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant dining outlet at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. If you're a natural leader with a love for great food, outstanding service, and building strong, motivated teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar
• Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, and drive revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
• Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standards
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate 
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
