Restaurant Manager

We are a multi-site GYG franchise group looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high-performing restaurants.

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through recruitment, coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
