 About the role

This outstanding role will coordinate service in the restaurant every day, delivering an exceptional guest experience.  This role will suit someone who thrives on providing generous hospitality in a high-volume environment.

Some key responsibilities include:

• work with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to implement the best customer experience - every day;
• lead, train and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service; 
• apply sound business acumen to optimise procedures and rostering to ensure efficient running of the restaurant and to achieve wage budgets; 
• Maintain high front of house presentation standards.

What we need:

Demonstrated experience in fast paced environment.  Strong communication and organisation skills, underpinned by a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
