The Opportunity:
We are looking for Geelong's best Managers to join the FOH team. Deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. Ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations.
 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a high-volume a-la-carte restaurant
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
• Strong understanding of management and restaurant practices
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• Exemplary organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Experience with Deputy or similar time and attendance system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work Thursday to Sunday, opening and closing shifts
• Victorian RSA Certificate 
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain this certification
