Restaurant Manager - Join a Leading Company

About you

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable management role
• Previous experience in both fine dining and elevated casual restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team including Assistant Managers and Sommeliers
• Proficient in rostering, ordering, and implementing stock control based on business demands
• Self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills
• Knowledgeable about Point of Sale systems
• Great personal presentation and professionalism
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly demeanour with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt swiftly to operational demands

Key responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue
• Maintain a visible and hands-on presence in overseeing operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure great guest experience
• Lead with passion and cultivate a positive culture
• Recruit, train, and develop a customer-centric staff
• Optimise rosters and payroll to meet service expectations and budget targets
• Foster a culture of supportive up skilling and team development
