What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the daily operations of a high-performing QSR restaurant
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 30 to deliver outstanding service
Overseeing rosters, COGS, and ordering to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining compliance with food safety and WHS standards
Driving performance, managing budgets, and delivering on KPIs

About You:

Proven experience as a manager in the QSR or casual dining industry
A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates their team to excel
Strong operational and financial management skills
