We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Managerto join our respected and established restaurant group. Responsible for playing a key role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us at The Ducks. We are looking for hospitality professionals who have the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled. 

Skills and experience

• Proven work experience in a high volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant
• Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge & Passion for the industry
• Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
• Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team
• Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus
• Comfortable setting priorities and setting tasks as required
• Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
• Possess excellent problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail to both customers & employees
