Paski Vineria Popolare an Italian restaurant located in Darlinghurst is looking to fill the position of full time Restaurant Manager to effectively manage the operation of the restaurant.
Your responsibilities include:
- Strong leadership and guidance with respect to training and development of all front of house staff
- Preparation of rosters
- Management of bookings and enquiries
- Liaising between the kitchen and the floor staff including being the central point of communication between kitchen and front of house
- Overseeing the quality of food presented to the patrons including the quality of produce preparation and presentation
- Management of cleaning and hygiene processes
To be considered you will need a Diploma Hospitality qualification and/or at least 2- 3 years of employment experience.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week. An immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $70,000 - $75,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
