Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in a customer service management role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business expansion plans.
• Knowledge of Govindas culture and values.
• Food and safety supervisor certificate (can be obtained after commencement).

Tasks & responsibilities

• * Oversee and ensure exceptional customer service across all locations. * Develop and implement service and staff improvement plans. Collaborate with management to align strategies with business goals. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurants.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve goals and performance targets.
• Represent management in store by working hands-on and supporting during peak times.
• Handle customer feedback and promptly resolve issues.
• Manage customer loyalty, promotions and initiatives.
• Monitor and improve processes and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of restaurant and staff performance.
• Build and maintain a successful team liaising with Human Resources.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Govindas culture and values.
• Promote staff development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
