Job Description - Restaurant Supervisor

Traverse Alpine Group is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience in one of our premier locations.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise restaurant staff, including training, and scheduling to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service throughout their dining experience.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring correct stock levels.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries, providing effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service.
  • Assist with promotional events and support marketing strategies to enhance guest experiences.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
