We are looking for a Retail Assistant / Online Dispatch Coordinator.

We like to be different…we create alternative handbags and accessories. Our focus is on unique and quality design.  

This role is in our brand new Saint Ivvy (our Sister brand) store located on High Street in Northcote.

Role:

This is a varied role which involves working in our retail store greeting customers but with a very large focus on shipping online orders.

Full-time, approx. 36-38 hours per week

Tuesday - Friday 

Saturday - half-day

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store.
• Process online orders. Accurately & neatly pack and ship orders.
• Invoicing and data processing.
• Process sales transactions.
• Open and close the store.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries.

- Good attention to detail.  

- Physically fit, as you will be on your feet a lot shipping orders. 

-Able to work well autonomously and in a team.

-Self-motivated and proactive.

-Reliable and punctual.

-A focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience:

-Must have customer service or retail experience.

-Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc.

-Online fulfilment experience not necessary but preferred.
