• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer interactions exceed their expectations at all times.
• Build customer relationship and establish community.
• Address customer issues and queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Recommend the most suitable glasses, styles, colours, lenses to customers.
• Understand and communicate our product uses and benefits, warranty and refund policies.

About you

• Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
• Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team.
• Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style.
