Daily Living Products is Perth's leading aged care mobility equipment provider, with a 30-year history of servicing the WA domestic and commercial market. We are an NDIS and DVA Provider. 

We offer a one-stop shop for all our customers' mobility and independence products. Daily Living is a significant retailer of mobility equipment, operating from 5 retail outlets in the Perth metropolitan area. 

We now have an opening for an experienced Retail Team Leader to lead & direct our retail sector, and be a motivational and inspiring support to our Retail team, and our Business.

• Meet quality standards, deadlines and targets.
• Find workable solutions to day-to-day challenges.
• Lead the team to being the best version of themselves and deliver the highest quality of customer service.
• Mentor the team to assist in reaching their monthly budget targets.
• Organise and co-ordinate staff rosters.  
• Ensure the stores hold the correct inventory based on sales trends, and customer's needs.

We are seeking an applicant …

• With a minimum of 5 years experience in leading a team in retail sales orientated role/s. 
• Presents in a well-groomed manner, self-motivated, and oozes good energy.
• Who has the ability to learn new programmes.
• With the ability to work alone or in a team environment.
• With a caring personality and willingness to help others.

The position hours will cover Monday to Friday.
