Colliers is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Leasing Executive to join our market-leading NSW team. This is your opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business on landmark retail projects, CBD high street assets, and major shopping centre appointments across the state.

Backed by a strong pipeline and the support of our senior Directors, you’ll play a key role in shaping the retail landscape—leading high-impact leasing campaigns, winning new business, curating dynamic retail precincts, and delivering outcomes you can see on the ground.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting end-to-end leasing campaigns—from enquiry management and inspections to negotiations and lease execution. You will also assist with retail mix planning and identifying new on trend retail concepts.
• Maintaining offer templates, market presentations, and assisting with the delivery of proposals, pitches, and promotional collateral
• Actively canvassing, identifying, and helping secure new business opportunities
• Coordinating the timely delivery of client-facing reports, documents and campaign materials
• Liaising with clients and assisting in the preparation and coordination of lease documentation through to execution

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in commercial real estate (retail, leasing, or sales preferred)
• A property-related degree or relevant background in retail property or another asset class
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with solid commercial acumen
• A collaborative mindset and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Real Estate Certificate or License (essential)
