Pharmacy Retail Manager Position Available

Full time position available 

Chemist Discount Centre (CDC) Richmond

Pharmacy experience preferred

We have a strong customer base, focusing on building customer relationships, offering great service and advice. 

We utilise FredNXT Dispense and POS. 

Candidates must be highly driven and have:

• Solid communication skills - verbal and written - and a strong passion for working with people
• Excellent customer service skills with a capacity to mentor others to meet the goals of the pharmacy 
• Great work ethic, be reliable, hardworking and committed to achieving goals and leading change
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities of the role:

• Implement CDC brand strategy and marketing initiatives in store
• Provide high quality advice on products and services coupled with exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Engage with customers with an open mind and a keen desire to assist them with health choices.
• Work collaboratively with the owners and pharmacist manager to support and grow new business strategies
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacist manager in managing rostering and staff
