Retail Manager

$32 per hour + 11% superannuation

The position :

• Leading from the front and managing people
• Experience leading a retail cafe environment
• Experience following Health and Safety procedures
• Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling and managing finances 
• Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling

A bit about you: 

• Proven experience in a high volume retail setting OR café/restaurant background desired
• Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing, café or event environments
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic tea
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
• Have a valid drivers license 
• Have a valid Working With Children Check or willing to obtain
