About us

Baker Bleu started as a small bakery in 2016, creating ethical and delicious sour­dough bread for Melbourne to enjoy. 

In the last 8 years, Baker Bleu has seen significant growth - with 3 locations across 2 states, Baker Bleu is proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient tech­niques of long fer­men­ta­tion sour­dough.

We produce a diverse range of sourdough breads, as well as bagels, pastries, sourdough pizza, sandwiches and more - our offering is constantly growing and evolving. We are proud to offer a range of wholesale products to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and we regularly take part in industry events and collaborations.

With plans for continued growth and some exciting projects on the horizon, we’re looking for a skilled Front of house professional to join the leadership team at our Caulfield store.

About you

At Baker Bleu you will need to be prepared roll up your sleeves, get involved and come on our growth journey with us!

To be considered, you will need have previous experience as a Retail or Hospitality Supervisor or Manager with adept leadership management skills to help inspire and lead our retail team. 

Your approach to management is to lead by example and you thrive on being on the ground, engaging with team members and customers alike.

You have effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency.

You are results-driven, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
