Retail Media Director - Competitive Pay

Our client is an international leader in retail media marketing and needs a sales director to grow the Australian market and coach and nurture the sales and business development team.  This is a good step up opportunity for someone who would like to move into sales management.

What You'll Do:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in retail media.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Business Development: Align retail media strategies with business goals to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
• Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions that ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated retail media offerings and ensure seamless project execution.
• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies, including revenue-sharing models, to create value for Mood Media and its clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years in sales and account management within the retail media or advertising industry.
• Expertise: Knowledge of retail media solutions and consumer behavior trends.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership skills, able to inspire and guide towards common goals.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
