Retail & Network Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Retail & Network Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and passionate team in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The successful candidate ideally has automotive experience and report to the Head of Marketing ANZ. This role will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between headquarters and an automotive dealer network across Australia and New Zealand, particularly as this automotive brand embarks on large transformation of its product line-up. 
The Retail & Network Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in supporting and facilitating dealer-marketing efforts, ensuring compliance with local area marketing initiatives, promoting the retail-marketing automation platform, and serving as the dealership's advocate for all marketing matters.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute retail and dealer network marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets for retail and dealer network initiatives.
• Ensure corporate identity is upheld across marketing materials.
• Oversee performance media for the department and dealers.
• Manage stakeholders including agency partners and dealers.
• Communicate retail marketing program and integrate with dealer activities.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in automotive retail marketing is highly regarded.
• Strong decision-making and budget management skills.
• Proficiency in creative development.
• Understanding of the sales channel dynamics.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
