Primary Focus: The primary role of the Retail Manager is to oversee and lead our team and take a ‘hands on’ approach to all operations and to ensure the optimal operation of our retail outlets.

Based in Newcastle, we are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the successful management of our retail catering department at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Proven ability to create a culture of respect, with an improvement focus and grow an enthusiastic and cohesive team
Senior leadership positions, preferably specialising in retail catering environments
Experience managing high volume, multi-site operations
Willingness to be hands on and lead by example
Eye for design, innovation and implementation
Strong planning and organisation skills with immaculate attention to detail
Desire to stay abreast of future F&B trends
Confident communicator with a calm, rational, and professional manner
Inspire teams and drive creativity to keep the business at the forefront of the industry
Developed financial acumen
Management qualifications will be well regarded
