We’re looking for a high-performing Retail Operations Manager with strong sales DNA to join our team. You’ll oversee people, performance and operations while remaining close to high-value luxury sales. Immediate or flexible start available.

Your Role:

• Own overall operational execution of the retail business and showroom
• Own retail sales performance across the store network, with accountability for revenue, conversion and AOV
• Recruit, train, develop and performance-manage store managers and retail teams
• Build and enforce business processes, systems, rosters & operational standards
• Lead sales performance through coaching and management
• Work closely with owners & senior leadership on strategy and execution
• Prepare the business for multi-store expansion and scalability
• Support high-value sales & VIP clients when required
• Ensure showroom presentation, service standards & compliance are always met

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Retail Operations Leader – Experience running a jewellery or premium retail business
• Expansion Experience (Preferred) – Exposure to opening or scaling retail stores and teams
• Strong Business Acumen – Commercial thinker with P&L and performance awareness
• Proven People Leader – Experienced in hiring, training, coaching & managing teams
• Strong Sales Background – Demonstrated success in high-value luxury sales
• Highly Organised & Systems-Driven – Process-focused with strong attention to detail
• Tech-Savvy & Commercially Analytical – Confident with reporting, P&L, KPIs, forecasting and performance planning
• Confident Decision-Maker – Takes ownership and leads with accountability
