Your New Opportunity

The Retail Project Administrator will support the coordination, planning, and implementation of Retail Environment projects, including retail displays, fixtures, fit-outs, and store developments. The Retail Project Administrator will assist with project reporting, schedules, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.


What you’ll be doing

  • Support the management of shop-fitting scoping, site audits, tenders, and cost analysis.
  • Prepare and manage project reporting for DCR.
  • Assist with the coordination and communication of installation timelines and contingency planning.
  • Aid in managing project processes, including the review of designs, production, prototyping, and installation.
  • Help maintain project documentation, including quoting, orders, tracking costs, and progress.
  • Support financial reconciliation of costs, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Assist with managing design documentation, drawing issues, production timelines, and project communication.
  • Aid in managing defects and issues to completion.
  • Support the coordination and supervision of trades on site, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Provide other support as directed.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management (preferred).
  • Experience in shop-fitting, design, or retail project management is desirable (Non-IT project management).
  • Understanding of the retail environment and merchandising is an advantage.
  • Experience in production, retail design, and procurement is advantageous.
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of senior stakeholders and build client relationships.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work confidentially with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to support and communicate with the wider team
