Retail Sales Assistant

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Southern River Store in a Casual position.

You will be provided with uniforms, training and paid ABOVE award rates! 

The opening hours are Monday to Friday (NO nights)

As the Retail Sales Assistant you will:

• Attend to customer queries and orders

• Process sales accurately (cash handling/EFTPOS)

• Assist in the tinting and mixing of paint

• Perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods

• Using Pallet jacks, walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling

• Help maintain a clean, tidy store environment

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Great Customer Service Skills

• Good communication skills

• Sales experience, ideally within a retail background

• High attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices

This role is a physical position requiring manual handling up to 28kg and operating machinery as needed.
