ENTRY ROLE | Based in Strathfield, 2135
About the Role:
Deliver excellent customer service and surpass sales targets with an opportunity for professional development & advancement to work with a fantastic team at a growing company.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations - opening and closing of the office and the workshop.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and back office.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls (leads are provided by the company)
- Assisting with maintenance of stockroom tidiness and cleanliness
- Assisting with packing and delivering orders
Client Relationship Management:
- Measuring and customising tailored garments for customers
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates & cross-sales
- Provide good after-sales service to build client rapport
- Assist customers and VIP clients
Skills, Experience & Attributes:
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Experience in luxury retail, sales & clientele building is advantageous
- Commercial awareness of the latest luxury fashion trends
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective Organizational and Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently, able to self manage and as well as be part of a team
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Must have a valid driver's license and know how to drive
- Immaculate presentation and grooming (smart-casual attire)
