A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and proven Retail Sales Manager to join this growing dealership located on the Southside of Brisbane.

The Retail Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for automobiles, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in automotive sales management or retail management, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate with the Stock Controller / Dealer Principal to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles and accessories to meet customer demand.
• Train and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the sales process.

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, comprising of retainer + super, car + fuel card and incentives. This will see an OTE around c$130,000+ on offer with no cap.
