Guest Sales & Support Position

Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens is located just outside of Mullumbimby in the beautiful Byron Bay hinterland. The tranquil Shambhala Gardens are filled with walks, sacred statues, areas for contemplation, and interactive experiences.

The Guest Sales and Support position provides high-quality customer service, ensuring guests experience a pleasant and attractive sales environment and have an enjoyable buying experience. This role includes working in a mix of retail areas, our experiences, and the Welcome Hut ticket booth.

What we need from you

• Genuine Sales/Retail experience of at least 3 years
• Willingness to be part of a dynamic team
• Have a focus on customer connection/experience
• A positive and healthy attitude
• Your own reliable transport
• Flexible with availability and able to work holidays and weekends
• Crystal knowledge is an advantage but not essential

Position is casual and will vary from 2 to 4 days a week.  Must be available weekends and school holidays.
