About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Brooklyn. Specialising in knowledge based on tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc.

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales transactions
• Providing advice and information on products
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
• Processing and maintaining customer orders

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations
• Working well in a team environment and individually
• Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years - fast-moving consumer goods)
• Computer literacy
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
