Retail Settlements Officer

Reporting to a supportive Supervisor this role has the autonomy and job variety that will enable you to strengthen your settlements experience. In the role you will:

• Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documents
  


• Ensure loan contracts comply with company policies
  


• Advise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applications
  


• Verify the employment status of retail customers
  


• Liaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followed
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance company
  


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  


• Exceptional attention to detail
  


• Outstanding problem-solving ability
  


• Knowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACL
