Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store and shift team for optimal customer service.
• Ensure staff positioning based on shop activity.
• Maintain shop standards and pricing accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate shift information and policies.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Track daily sales and supervise inventory.
• Organize shift plans and improve operational standards.
• Promote quality customer service and maintain feedback channels.
• Manage cashiers and ensure efficient cash handling.
• Improve operational standards to enhance customer experience.
• Evaluate store employees with the Shop Manager.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and manage absences.
• Conduct staff briefings on shift information and policies.
• Provide product knowledge and training to shop personnel.
• Promote quality customer service and maintain feedback channels.

About You:

• Previous retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
• Strong Leadership and good problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational abilities, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
