We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to provide the highest levels of service in our award winning store. Part-time and casual positions are currently available.

 Responsibilities include:

• Providing genuine professional service to all customers
• Daily store preparation and visual merchandising of goods
• Accurate cash handling and point of sale management
• Adherence to cleaning and COVID safe practices
• Engaging in product knowledge training and development
• Daily opening and closing procedures

 In order to be successful, you will have:

• Genuine enthusiasm and interest in all things food
• The attitude of a customer service champion
• Previous experience in a retail, food store, or a food and beverage environment
• Excellent personal presentation and communications skills
• Proven reliability and punctuality
