About Us:

We spend a third of our lives sleeping, so we thought we’d make it memorable. Sheet Society was dreamed up by Hayley and Andy Worley in 2017 after they thought the industry had hit snooze. Then once their kids arrived, they had a new understanding of what makes for a great night’s sleep.

• Experienced Casuals 


• Part-time Retail Sales Assistants 


• Assistant Store Managers 


• Store Managers 

These aren’t typical retail roles, but instead an opportunity to bring Sheet Society to life and help shape how we approach retail in the real world. Our stores are purpose built to deliver both a functional shopping experience for our customers and an immersive space that feels just like home. We pride ourselves on delivering a customer experience like no other.

About You:

We’re looking for a team who exudes positive energy and is genuinely passionate about providing a world-class experience. You’re a team player who has the ability to engage and connect with those around you to achieve our collective goals. You’re accountable, driven and the ultimate support crew to those around you.

We prioritise connection with our customer and you will too, you will be a style advisor who can be adaptable, a pro at working with customers to create their perfect bed and show creativity, confidence and exceptional communication skills.

You have a strong commercial acumen and know how to maximise every inch of the store to not only showcase our products in the best way possible, but leverage data to ensure best sellers are perfectly positioned to maximise sales and drive KPIs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience, Selling and Selling Performance

• Selling Sheet Society through engagement and genuine connections with customers, always being  a brand ambassador and providing a cohesive brand experience and level of service that is second to none.


• Educating our customers about our brand, offering expert styling advice, and enlightening them about our features and benefits that set us apart from the rest.


• Working with the wider Sheet Society team to continually improve our service and customer experience by giving weekly feedback on products and sales inclusive of specific product selling performance.


• Assisting our customers, no matter what their reason for coming to the store. Providing a cohesive brand experience and level of service that is second to none. 


• Reviewing, driving and being accountable as a team to smash sales and KPI targets.
  

Merchandising & Inventory

• Assisting in the rollout of Visual Merchandising store or bed changeovers


• Ensuring that all system procedures communicated are being followed to ensure 100% accuracy with inventory


• Ensure the store floor is refilled and visually representable each day while meeting VM standards.


• Ensuring our brand standards for VM, beds, cleanliness, signage, displays etc are to always brand standards.
  

Leadership Responsibilities for Management Positions 

• Lead by example in all that you do, living and breathing Sheet Society’s values. 


• Grow and nurture a talented team of dreamers, fostering their capabilities and leaning into opportunities for their further development. 


• Conducting monthly check-ins with your team, inclusive of half-yearly performance reviews for all permanent team members.


• Creating and managing monthly rosters ensuring wage budgets are met, inclusive of weekly approvals and managing staff leave requests.


• Managing recruitment, onboarding and training of the store team as needed, providing a stunning brand experience at every step. 


• Ensuring all Store Communication, brand information & updates as well as policy or process updates are communicated and understood by the whole team.
