Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or 2IC.

You have to have a passion for fashion and styling, awesome leadership skills and the desire to create an amazing customer experience Must have Sales experience with a driven 'Can Do' attitude.

• You must have a great eye for fashion as you will be responsible for choosing top selling items weekly.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Management experience in fast paced women's fashion
• Experienced in Sales and KPI
• Able to create and implement new effective systems
• Able to work with other managers and owner
• Must be fashionable and on trend
• Choosing top selling stock weekly
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Believe in being a fashion advisor over a sales person
• Ability to prepare and cost weekly/monthly rosters in accordance with stores wage budgets.
• Be highly organised and able to process large stock deliveries and the associated paperwork in a timely manner.
• Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives

Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 30 per week Salary :
$ $48.00 per hour Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Experience :

• Fashion retail: 1 year (required)
• Manager or 2IC: 1 year (preferred)
