About the Role:

As our Retail Store Manager for Spencer Street outlet , your responsibilities encompass overseeing the store's overall performance, fostering a supportive team environment, ensuring profitability, guiding and mentoring our Lindt Ambassadors to spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, and managing day-to-day operations. This entails adeptly navigating between the shop floor, Point of Sale system, and the Beverage Bar, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.

We seek a proactive leader who not only motivates their team but also delivers an unparalleled chocolate experience, reinforcing the Lindt Brand.

What we would like you to bring:

• Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
• Experience in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets.
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
• Strong rapport building abilities to lead and coach a team of Lindt Ambassadors
