About the Role As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for effectively leading framers and customer service staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth production and timely completion of work. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the framers and customer service team.
• Supervising production processes and ensuring work is completed on time.
• Handling management reports, stock and inventory management, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Implementing training programs for staff development.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive customer experience.
• Executing promotional activities to drive store growth.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a creative industry is desirable. 
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing stock and inventory.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.

Availability to work weekends is essential, as we are a retail business.
