Full-Time Store Supervisor – Just Spas Gold Coast Store

Join our team at our Just Spas Gold Coast! We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Store Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our store operations.

As the successful candidate will be required to work at the Just Spas Gold Coast showroom.  You also must be able to work weekends and have the flexibility to cover other shifts as the business requires. 

Key Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Conduct retail sales, focusing on Spas, Swim Spas, Urban Pools, Saunas, and associated products, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and after-sales process.
• Offer general customer advice and handle inquiries in person, via email, and phone calls.
• Ensure control and maintenance of store inventory and stock logistics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies in areas such as rosters, quotes, leads, and other processes.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in Spa or Pool sales (advantageous).
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Forklift License (advantageous).

Remuneration is based upon experience, supplemented by Superannuation and an attractive commission structure, offering potential additional earnings of up to $15,000.
