About the Opportunity

Drive sell-through within the Arc’teryx Brand Store network through the seasonal planning and execution of physical that support the guest journey as well as assets to support staff training.

Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns in alignment with regional Go to Market calendar.

Manage the creation and distribution of all in-store signage and promotional material in all Arc’teryx Brand Stores and Factory Outlets. 

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with local business needs and global best practice.

Increase Brand Awareness and sell-through in our Authorised Dealer network in conjunction with B2B leadership. 

Building strong and authentic business partnerships and educating staff and referrals with product expertise and knowledge

Plan, create and execute commercial marketing calendar with wholesale accounts.

Ownership of wholesale marketing communication related to the execution of seasonal campaigns, seasonal training.

Create and maintain in store brand and commercial assets.

Provide feedback on sell-through, competitor analysis, staff and store manager feedback plus other data to aid commercial planning.

About you

We’re looking to bring on a passionate influencer, someone with an insatiable drive to take Arc’teryx on a strategic and targeted journey. Our plans are ambitious and we’re truly excited about the future and what we can achieve. 

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, VM roles

Experience in the retail & outdoor channel preferred.

Demonstrated project management execution and communication skills.

An interest in outdoor pursuits – climbing, snow sports, hiking, trail running
